Here we can see a full figure of Donald Duck in his farmer attire, wearing his classic dress and a straw hat. Donald’s mood is angry at his best. The artwork has a production section rule on the right side and is numbered 68 on the lower right side.
"Donald’s Garden" is one of the last Donald Duck’s short films directed by Dick Lundy before moving from The Walt Disney Studio to work as director of cartoons of Woody Woodpecker. In the film, Donald is trying to grow his own garden fighting against a small gopher that wants to eat them all.
In the film, Mickey Mouse entertains guests in a winter shelter saloon located in the Klondike region of Canada. There arrives poor orphan Minnie Mouse and finds the comfort and care provided by our hero Mickey. But the villain Pete kidnaps Minnie and Mickey will try his best to set her free. In this short film we can also see Pluto and Goofy making a cameo, and recognize the voice of Walt Disney himself playing the role of Mickey Mouse.
