In "Topsy Turvy Town", things are quite the opposite of what they should be, but this artwork is a masterpiece in our World. We can see a full figure of Mickey Mouse on his late 20th century shape and his broken car (clearly inspired by Benny, the cab in "Who Framed Roger Rabbit"), together with Stan (a mechanic character clearly inspired by Goofy). This drawing can be seen on the 3:32 mark of the 1999 cartoon "Topsy Turvy Town".
Rendered in graphite on blue pencil with red key lines, the drawing features a Walt Disney Animation Production Art stamp in the bottom left corner, and a great general condition.
Named after the song of 1996 Disney Classic "The Hunchback of Notre-Dame", "Topsy Turvy Town" was the only short film included in the "MIckey Mouse Work" series that used traditional cel animation, and here you have the proof of it.
