Are the artworks truly unique?

Yes they are! Just one artwork was created per frame, and it's important to note that only a very small number have survived to this day, and most were actually destroyed after production. While drawings from a same scene may occasionally surface, it's rare to see more than five on the market, if any. And even when that happens, each one is still unique and not exactly the same as the others.

Included with each piece is an exclusive NFC card ISO 14443-3A, a password protected NTAG215 with a 32-bit code certificate, providing our clients an unprecedented peace of mind.

How secure is your certificate?

With a 32-bit code and more than 4.000 million possibilities, considering an NFC reader needs around 200ms to communicate with the chip, it will take approximately 30 years to brute force the password with a bot working 24/7.

How can I verify the authenticity of a piece of artwork?

Our gallery sources just from the most reputable auction houses, where they are thoroughly vetted for authenticity and provenance. Then, we track, research and verify the authenticity of all the artworks again before offering for sale, and provide a state-of-the-art certificate of authenticity.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer free express door to door shipping to anywhere in Europe, where our stock is located. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you live outside Europe.

Are taxes included in the price of the artwork?

Yes, all prices displayed on our website include a 21% tax. There are no additional fees or taxes added to the final price.

Do I have to pay customs or import taxes on my order?

If you are ordering from within the European Union, there are no additional customs or import taxes to be paid as our stock is already here. However, if you are ordering from a country outside of the EU, we offer a -21% reduction off the marked price but your purchase may be subject to customs and import taxes that will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office to see if any additional fees apply.

Do you offer tax exemptions for B2B or non-European purchases?

Yes, we offer a -21% reduction off the marked price for anyone buying from outside Europe and for business-to-business purchases outside Spain with a valid intracommunity VAT number. To receive this discount, simply let us know during the purchase process.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final unless the artwork arrives damaged or not as described. We kindly request you to inspect the package upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept the package and contact our customer service team immediately.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept bank transfers and 3-month easy, interest-free installments with PayPal.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible. If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, resulting in a return of the package to us, we will issue a refund excluding the handling and shipping costs.

The photos of each artwork page are taken just before sale and are already in high definition. What is Walt's White Guide® and how relates to page yellowing?

Walt's White Guide® or WWG® is an exclusive model we developed to categorize the whiteness of paper in animation art. It ranges from white (W1) to brown (W12), with lower numbers indicating better quality. Yellowing can occur due to environmental factors, such as exposure to light, and is to be expected to some degree. Do you offer payment plans?

How do I take care and preserve my artwork?

The most important thing to keep in mind when displaying your artwork is to avoid direct sunlight or strong artificial light. This can cause the paper to yellow and damage the colors over time. Also, please note that our frames are made with polystyrene and not crystal, so avoid using abrasive cleaning products that could scratch the surface. We recommend gently dusting the frame and glass with a soft, dry cloth to keep it looking its best.
